Anthropicは、Claudeが外部ツールや社内システムと連携できる「Cowork Plugins」を発表した。SlackやCRM、データ基盤などと接続し、対話だけでなく実務処理まで担える設計だ。AIは“答える存在”から“作業する存在”へと進化し始めている。
Cowork Pluginsは、Claudeが複数ツールを横断的に利用しながら業務を遂行できる仕組み。営業、法務、財務、研究など幅広い領域を想定し、企業内データを前提に動く。
